Step 1: Removing Cysts and Restoring a Healthy Foundation

The first priority was addressing the large cysts and decayed teeth. We carefully extracted the affected teeth, removed the cysts, and thoroughly cleaned the areas to ensure a healthy foundation for future restorations.

Step 2: Dental Implant Placement

To replace the extracted teeth, dental implants were placed. These dental implants provide a durable and stable foundation for Siraj’s new teeth, ensuring long-term functionality and comfort.

Step 3: Root Canal Therapy

One of Siraj’s teeth was saved with root canal treatment. This allowed us to preserve the natural tooth structure while eliminating infection and restoring its function.

Step 4: Addressing the Missing Lateral Tooth

Siraj’s missing lateral tooth posed a unique challenge. To resolve this, we:

• Modified the canine tooth to function as a lateral tooth.
• Adjusted the premolar to act as a canine tooth.

This innovative approach restored his smile’s symmetry and improved his bite.

Step 5: Correcting the Crossbite
